Small-town values. Big-city speeds.
We've been getting people connected since 2009 — and we still answer like neighbors, not a call center.
Country Fiber started in 2009 as Country Broadband, getting internet to homes that the big providers treated as an afterthought. We learned the business one customer at a time: showing up, explaining things in plain English, and making sure everything actually worked before we called it done.
As fiber networks spread across the country, we grew with them. Today we partner with leading fiber providers to connect homes and businesses nationwide — but the way we work hasn't changed.
What we believe
- Internet shopping shouldn't require a translator. No confusing packages, no technical talk, no fine-print surprises.
- Recommend what fits, not what's biggest. Our process suggests the smallest plan that genuinely covers your household. If you don't need the top tier, we'll say so.
- A real person, every time. When you have a question, you reach someone who can actually help — and who follows up until you're online and happy.
- Your information is yours. We never sell or share it. Details collected to complete an order are deleted from our system once you're activated.
How it works
You answer a few quick questions about your address and how your household uses the internet — it takes about two minutes. We check what's actually available at your address across our partner networks, recommend the best fit, and a real person calls you within 24 hours to confirm your exact pricing and get installation scheduled. That's the whole process.

Start with fiber vs. cable to see what makes fiber different, check what speed you really need, or learn why upload speed is the number nobody talks about. Then when you're ready, the questionnaire is right on the homepage.
